Per Diem, Rotate Provides services to medical, nursing and pharmacy staff. Responsible for providing all aspects of pharmaceutical care assuring a positive patient outcome. The Pharmacists must be skilled in screening for all age/dosage/disease dependent variations and be alert for improper dosages, drug interactions, and play a major role in drug monitoring.
