Join our UPMC Hamot pharmacy team as a full-time Clinical Pharmacist and play a vital role in advancing safe, effective, and patient-centered medication therapy across a dynamic academic medical environment. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll partner with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive medication management for diverse and specialized patient populations. You will also have the opportunity to rotate among cardiovascular, trauma/neuro, and medical ICUs, contributing your expertise where it matters most. This position offers variable shifts with rotating weekends and holidays, giving you a broad view of our 24/7 care operations. Required Graduate of an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy B.S. degree in Pharmacy Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree; PharmD preferred Current licensure as a Pharmacist in practicing state Completion of ASHP accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency or 3 years clinical pharmacy experience Knowledge and expertise in advanced pharmacy practice and service, comprehensive medication management, and evidence-based medicine in specialized area appropriate for clinical assignments Preferred BPS Board Certification PGY-2 residency Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: Pharmacist Act 34 UPMC is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veteran
