Position SummaryThe Clinical Product Specialist is responsible for driving the clinical adoption, utilization, and commercial success of the AirSeal platform across Lap and Robotic accounts. The role serves as the primary clinical and technical expert, supporting surgeons, operating room teams, and sales representatives throughout the customer journey—from evaluation and installation through routine procedural support and utilization growth.

The specialist acts as a trusted advisor, ensuring surgeons achieve optimal clinical outcomes while maximizing the value of AirSeal technology within their practice.

• Nature of the role:Field-based position

• Key ResponsibilitiesClinical SupportProvide in-operating-room support during AirSeal procedures.
• Guide surgeons and clinical teams on system functionality, workflow, and best practices.
• Assist with pre-operative planning and intra-operative execution.
• Troubleshoot technical and procedural issues during cases.
• Ensure safe and effective utilization of the AirSeal platform.
• Customer Education & TrainingDeliver training programs for surgeons, residents, nursing staff, Anaesthetists and operating room personnel.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clinical workshops.
• Support new customer onboarding and certification processes.
• Develop long-term relationships with surgeon and Anaesthetists champions and key opinion leaders.
• Commercial SupportPartner with sales representatives to support account acquisition and utilization growth.
• Participate in product evaluations and customer presentations.
• Demonstrate the clinical and economic benefits of robotic-assisted surgery.
• Support business reviews and utilization planning with hospital stakeholders.
