The ideal candidate for the Clinical Product Specialist – Defibrillation & Monitoring role is a highly skilled clinical professional with a strong background in paramedicine or paramedical science, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in emergency or critical care environments. They are passionate about advanced medical technologies, with a proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior professionals across EMS, hospitals, and other critical care sectors. This candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills, independence, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with teams. With a flexible, proactive attitude, they are eager to drive product adoption, support key accounts, and make a tangible impact on patient care.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 3 years of on-road paramedic experience or relevant clinical experience in emergency medical services (EMS) or critical care environments.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships in the critical care or healthcare sector.
  • Experience working with senior professionals in EMS, hospital, or military environments.
  • Demonstrated ability in sales support or business development, ideally in a healthcare or medical device setting (preferred but not essential).
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting, presentations, and sales tracking.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems for sales tracking and customer engagement (preferred).
