POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking a Clinical Product Specialist (CPS) who is a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with customer service experience to join our growing team. This 1099 independent contractor role combines clinical expertise with relationship-based customer service. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, self-directed, and passionate about improving healthcare delivery through innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong presentation and training abilities
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for healthcare innovation
  • Comfortable working as an independent contractor with flexible scheduling
  • Spanish as a second language is a strong plus
  • Ability to travel to outside locations as needed
Responsibilities
  • Support new and ongoing client relationships through proactive outreach and engagement.
  • Educate healthcare providers about the benefits of clinical products.
  • Train clinical staff—including nurses, physicians, physician assistants, and medical assistants—on the effective use of our medical technologies.
  • Collaborate with the Mazon Sales team to develop strategies and increase presence within designated territories.
  • Provide feedback on product usage and customer experience to foster continuous improvement.
  • Offer training to Mazon Sales Team Members as needed.
