Job Details Job Location: 984 Norwich Turnpike JC - Uncasville, CT Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Graduate Degree Salary Range: $80000.00 - $80000.00 Salary/year Job Shift: First Shift Description Position: Clinical Program Director Program: January Center Location: Uncasville Salary: $80,000/year Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-4pm. Must have flexibility to work alternate hours if required to meet the needs of the program. This position also has on-call responsibilities and is part of a weekend on-call rotation. Program Summary: The January Center Program provides residential sex offender treatment, psycho-educational and case management services to justice involved adult men with a history of problem sexual behaviors. During their 4 to 6-month length of stay, residents receive treatment services to support them in reentering the community. The goal is to reduce recidivism through establishing positive behavioral change. The program closely coordinates with the Department of Correction and The Court Support Services Division. Position Summary: The Clinical Program Director will provide direct clinical and task supervision to program therapists, and direct care staff. The Director will focus on program operations and development, work collaboratively with funders, referring agents, medical and clinical providers to establish wrap around services to reduce recidivism among the justice involved population. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an ability to communicate clearly and effectively, is highly motivated, organized, and committed to providing and sustaining a trauma informed environment. Experience working in a position that supports individuals with a history of problem sexual behaviors is preferred. Supervisory experience is required, preferably in a residential/congregate care setting. Requirements: Master’s Degree with full licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) 5+ years related leadership experience Valid Driver’s License Regular and predictable attendance is required Orientation: If selected for employment with The Connection, newly hired employees will be required to attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at our Roscommon office located in Middletown.
