QUALIFICATIONS

• PharmD required; preference for candidates with a managed care residency.
• Active, valid, and unrestricted pharmacist license.
• Minimum 5 years of managed care experience, with strong understanding of provider, health plan, employer, and market dynamics.
• Extensive experience in clinical program development, performance evaluation, and ongoing maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmacy benefit management, pharmaceutical pricing, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex healthcare data to inform strategic decision-making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving client needs and business priorities.
