Support Center
Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Clinical Project Coordinator for our System Quality department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As a Clinical Project Manager, you will:

  • Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders. Provide guidance to colleagues and the project team.
  • Collaborate with clinical analysts, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to understand and meet data requirements.
  • Coordinate, manage, and maintain clinical system project data using project management tools.
  • Perform analysis and generate reports to support clinical project findings, monitor progress, and prioritize work queues.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency through regular audits and quality control checks.
  • Independently manage and maintain projects. Conduct needs analyses to establish solid requirements. Lead small to medium-sized projects.
  • Contribute to project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Assist with testing and support planning.
  • Work within an integrated team network, coordinating integration testing events and support center planning with System Quality Services and IT.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and standard operating procedures.
  • Stay updated on current trends in project management technology. Research and train on new technologies as needed.
  • Assist in coordinating with external vendors, organizations, and internal onboarding processes.
  • Train staff on database use, data management principles, and data analysis techniques.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health sciences, data science, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• 4-5 years of direct project or relevant business operations experience. • Experience may substitute for education on a year-to-year basis.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and electronic data capture systems. Computer proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and inter/intranet applications.
  • Utilize best practices and project management standards to improve products and services. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to promote interpersonal relations and customer service. Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to create a productive work environment that fosters efficiency, satisfaction, growth, collaboration, and teamwork.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma: Green Belt or higher preferred.
  • BI Tools: Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.

$60,486.56 - $87,705.51
