POSITION SUMMARY

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to apply for a Temporary Full Time Clinical Project Lead position for a 6-month period. This role will support the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical improvement projects aligned with strategic priorities across the organization. It is an excellent opportunity for professional development, offering exposure to service improvement, project management, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience.
  • Strong interest in quality improvement, patient safety, or clinical governance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data handling.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of clinical improvement projects.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support change initiatives.
  • Contribute nursing insight and frontline clinical experience to the development of protocols, pathways, and policies.
  • Support data input, analysis, and reporting around the Workforce Planning Initiative.
  • Attend and contribute to project meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, presentations, and reports.
  • Identify potential risks, barriers, and enablers to project implementation and work to address them proactively.
  • Promote best practice and evidence-based care in all improvement initiatives.
