POSITION SUMMARY

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to apply for a Temporary Full Time Clinical Project Lead position for a 6-month period. This role will support the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical improvement projects aligned with strategic priorities across the organization. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience.
• Strong interest in quality improvement, patient safety, or clinical governance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data handling.

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of clinical improvement projects.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support change initiatives.
• Contribute nursing insight and frontline clinical experience to the development of protocols, pathways, and policies.
• Support data input, analysis, and reporting around the Workforce Planning Initiative.
• Attend and contribute to project meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, presentations, and reports.
• Identify potential risks, barriers, and enablers to project implementation and work to address them proactively.
• Promote best practice and evidence-based care in all improvement initiatives.
