EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree - Required
  • Master’s Degree - Preferred

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least five (5) years of relevant project coordination / management experience - Required and
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or research related environment - Required
  • At least three (3) years of healthcare or research related environment - Preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge guidelines (PMBOK) including productivity tools, project charters, work plans and budgets.
  • Advanced knowledge of quality improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)

Responsibilities
  • Project Management:
  • Develop, manage and execute work plans, deliverables and project reports/updates.
  • Set project / operational priorities, resources and risks.
  • Project Execution:
  • Manage project execution including milestones, documentation, schedules, roles, responsibilities and progress.
  • Complete post-project evaluations to ensure project outcomes and resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement tools and processes to support division projects and operations.
  • Data Collection, Analysis and Reporting:
  • Coordinate and perform data collection (e.g., databases, surveys).
  • Conduct advanced qualitative and quantitative analysis and communicate results.
  • Identify and address opportunities for data reporting and collaborate to facilitate data requests.
  • Assist with other operational needs including professional practice evaluations (OPPEs), provider letters and scorecards.
  • Communication:
  • Manage communications and relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings and coach project team members.
  • Provide education on project management, improvement tools and methodologies.
