Job Description Accepting Applicants for Proposal Submission Compass Government Solutions is seeking a Child and Adolescent–trained Clinical Psychologist to provide comprehensive behavioral health services to pediatric and adolescent patients and their families at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. This position supports mission readiness through evidence-based psychological assessment, treatment, and consultation in a military medical treatment facility. This opportunity is part of a proposal effort. We are currently accepting applications from experienced candidates to be considered if the contract is awarded. Work Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday, 0730–1630 (8 hours per day) Alternative or compressed schedules (8–10 hour shifts) may be implemented Not to exceed 40 hours per week or 80 hours per two-week period Key Duties and Responsibilities: (This list is representative and not a comprehensive description of all duties.) Conduct psychological evaluations, biopsychosocial assessments, and diagnostic testing for children and adolescents Establish behavioral health diagnoses in accordance with DSM-5 criteria Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy Deliver crisis intervention services for children, adolescents, and families Develop, monitor, and document treatment plans in accordance with MTF and DoD standards Provide clinical consultation to medical providers and interdisciplinary teams Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with professional, federal, and military regulations Qualifications Education & Experience: PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program Successful completion of an APA-accredited internship Documented training and experience providing care to children and adolescents, obtained during internship or through post-licensure clinical practice Minimum one (1) year of clinical practice within the last two (2) years, excluding internship/residency time The provider must have actively pursued the practice of psychology within the past two (2) years, demonstrating: Experience with a sufficient number and variety of clinical cases to support the requested clinical privileges, and Satisfactory professional practice as evidenced by ongoing professional practice evaluation (OPPE) Licensure & Certifications: Current, full, active, unrestricted license in clinical psychology from a U.S. state, territory, or district Basic Life Support (BLS) Clinical privileges will be granted in accordance with Medical Treatment Facility (MTF), Service-specific, and DHA credentialing requirements. To support the scope of care for this position, the provider must be eligible for and maintain: Pediatric Psychology Privileges, which require completion of a one (1) year postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric psychology or equivalent specialized training and supervised clinical practice supporting the provision of psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children and adolescents.
