What You'll Do Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and more Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs Requirements Qualifications: Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or an equivalent accredited programme Experience: A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours (excluding internships and academic placements) Expertise: Skilled in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT) Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors Somatic Experiencing (SE) Supervision Requirement: One supervision session every 2 months Experience: with trauma-related cases in psychiatric hospitals, mental health clinics, or similar settings Languages: Proficiency in English and Polish Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles Flexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary, is a plus If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and be part of a mission-driven team, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities
