The Role We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Washington with experience in pediatric psychological or neuropsychological assessment to help lead and grow our assessment and training programs. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys clinical work, teaching, and mentorship, and wants meaningful influence in a growing program. What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments with children and adolescents Supervise and mentor pre-doctoral interns and postdoctoral fellows Collaborate with the Assessment Director on training and program development Participate in intern and fellow recruitment and academic outreach Maintain high standards for documentation, ethics, and clinical care Benefits: Competitive compensation package: $120,000-150,000 annual salary Health and Welfare Benefits 401k with Employer Matching Paid Time Off Plus more! Requirements Essential Skills and Qualifications: PhD or PsyD in Clinical or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program Licensed psychologist in the state of Washington Minimum of two years of experience as a licensed psychologist Experience in pediatric psychological or neuropsychological assessment Interest in supervision, teaching, and training leadership Collaborative, organized, and growth-minded Available for on-site work in Issaquah, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Real leadership opportunity without stepping away from clinical work Stable schedule with full benefits Mentorship from a Board-Certified School Neuropsychologist Experience with APPIC training sites, APA accreditation, or interest in board certification is a plus, not a requirement.
