What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver clinical assessments, treatment, and support for individuals with moderate to severe mental health needs
  • Work across unplanned, time-limited models of care (FACT) alongside a multidisciplinary team
  • Build trusted relationships with tangata whaiora and whānau
  • Blend Western psychology frameworks with te ao Māori perspectives
  • Contribute to whānau ora and strengthen equity in access and outcomes

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A registered Clinical Psychologist (NZ Psychologists Board – Clinical Scope)
  • Experience working in mental health (community or secondary services)
  • A deep respect for Māori models of care, cultural safety, and tikanga
  • Strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
  • Skilled communicator who values collaboration and compassion
