Your role at St John of God Social Outreach We are seeking applications from AHPRA registered Clinical Psychologists or Registered Psychologists with skills and experience in offering individual and group therapeutic interventions to join our Mental Wellbeing Services team. We are seeking team members to work across Wanneroo, Midland, Cockburn and/or Mandurah locations with flexibility to attend team meetings and activities at other locations when required. Full time and part time (minimum 0.6FTE) opportunities are available. Days of work must include a Wednesday to contribute to collaborative client care during our multidisciplinary team meetings and professional practice activities. As a community adult mental health service, our goal is to offer in-clinic and telehealth, evidence-based interventions at no cost to clients aged 16+ upon referral under a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan. Our multidisciplinary clinical team comprises Psychology, Mental Health Social Work and Mental Health Occupational Therapy, supported by a warm and efficient administration team. The Position Offer comprehensive assessment, case conceptualisation, treatment and therapeutic interventions according to the unique needs of each client within the bounds of a GP referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan. Seek opportunities for collaborative care with colleagues, general practitioners and other service providers. Show sophisticated reflective practices when considering client and organisational needs. Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation for all client interactions and correspondence with referrers aligned to SJGHC policies and procedures. Adhere to professional, legal and ethical responsibilities aligned with AHPRA, Psychology Board Code of Conduct, ACHS, and St John of God Health Care policies and procedures. Demonstrate commitment to National Principles for Child Safe organisations We are looking for a suitably qualified Clinical Psychologist or Psychologist who holds a relevant tertiary qualification and full AHPRA registration, along with eligibility to obtain a Medicare provider number. You will bring proven experience delivering evidence-based psychological services, including individual and/or group interventions, across a diverse client caseload. You will also demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong commitment to maintaining accurate and professional clinical documentation.
