JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualifications : Masters in Clinical Psychology
  • EXPERIENCE :Minimum 2 years of direct work experience working with youth and families, preferably in mental health settings.
  • SKILLS :Proficiency in clinical assessment, therapeutic relationship-building, counselling, casework management and caregiver support.Strong organisational and administrative skills for maintaining accurate client and programme records.Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and community agencies to deliver holistic care.
  • ATTRIBUTES :Passionate about mental health advocacy and committed to creating inclusive communities.Empathetic, adaptable, and resilient in addressing diverse client needs.Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
