We deliver evidence-based, culturally-informed services to adolescents, adults, and couples. Our focus is on providing interventions that integrate across well-validated methods of psychotherapy models (e.g., EFT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, contemporary psychodynamic).
You will have the opportunity to engage in multiple monthly peer consultations that are led by the clinic director that include : private practice management, individual psychotherapy, couple psychotherapy, and assessment. We also opportunities to start and run group/workshop of your own interest.

When you join our team, you become part of a community that prioritizes professional growth, collaboration, support, and connection

  • Business of Private Practice: Many of our clinicians who joined our team are new to private practice. We provide comprehensive support in managing the busines of your own private practice (all of what they don’t teach you in grad school). This includes 1:1 consultation with the clinic director as well as templates and tools design to assist practitioners in doing their best work. We strongly believe that if the clinician is thriving in their caseload the clinic does well as a collective.
  • Values: Our clinic values relationships, autonomy, and advocacy for mental health services. • Anti-Racist and Anti-Oppressive: We provide psychological interventions to BIPOC and marginalized people using anti-racist and anti-oppressive frameworks. Our staff represent diverse lived experiences and collectively we have developed consult groups that are popular among our staff as we cover topics that are not discussed in traditional graduate programs.
