POSITION SUMMARY:

Our Behavioral Health Department employs community-driven and highly skilled clinicians to provide integrated care in our Health Centers. We are seeking new associates to join our team in the capacity of Clinical Psychologist. As key mental health professionals, the Psychologists provides clinical assessments and psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and elderly patients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of an accredited Doctoral Degree in Psychology program (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
  • Board certification required.
  • Valid NYS License
  • At least 1 year experience working in a previous mental health setting, outpatient clinic or hospital.
  • Ability to work with adult/child/adolescent populations
  • Experience and training in evidenced-based modalities
  • Ability to successfully interact and communicate with a diversified population.
  • Bilingual, (English/Spanish) a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Provides bio-psychosocial assessments and clinical diagnostic assessments.
  • Conducts individual psychotherapy.
  • Crisis intervention.
  • Provides consultation to medical providers.
  • Participates in clinical team meetings.
