Description Position Title: Clinical Psychologist Location: Chicago, IL (River North) (Hybrid opportunities available!) Employment Type: W-2 Employee, Full-time (minimum of 22 clinical billable hours/week) Here we grow again! Position Overview: Ideal candidates are psychologists comfortable with patients within the full range of ages from children to older adults, working in both an assessment and treatment capacity; Assessment skills and interest in performing multiple batteries each month is a requirement. Availability of working 4-5 days full-time (including some evenings). WCG can accommodate your desire to work partially from home through a hybrid home/office schedule. Clinical Psychologist Requirements: Doctoral degree in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.). Licensed Psychologist, or Postdoctoral fellow status all available. At least 1 year of experience with testing psychology (e.g., internship, practicum, or prior clinical work). Strong skills in: Adolescent and/or child development Test selection and interpretation Clinical writing and communication Organization and time management Interest in an assessment-focused career and commitment to high-quality client care. Clinical Psychologist Pay: Percentage of net collections, equivalent to an annual starting salary of $80,000-120,000/annum. Annual compensation is dependent on a combination of individual applicant factors, including experience, and volume of direct services to our patients. Supervision of unlicensed clinicians and students may also factor into compensation.
