We’re looking for a dynamic and clinically credible Clinical Quality & Governance Manager to play a key role in shaping, driving, and embedding quality and safety across our Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) Division.
You’ll be a visible and influential leader, working closely with the Divisional Quality Director to provide strategic oversight of quality systems, clinical governance, and improvement initiatives. Whether leading on incident management, clinical audits, or QI projects, you’ll ensure that patient care is consistently safe, responsive, and high quality.
You’ll also support and manage a team of Clinical Governance Officers and contribute to regional leadership, engaging with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician with a governance and quality background to influence how urgent care is delivered across a complex and fast-paced system.
