POSITION SUMMARY

The Clinical Quality Administrator will lead and support the development and implementation of a comprehensive quality management program. This role includes evaluating clinical incidents, tracking quality indicators, supporting service recovery, and overseeing compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
This is a full-time, Hybrid position at local Arizona care center locations.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years in Healthcare Quality Management
  • 3–5 years in a clinical healthcare setting
  • 3 years in performance improvement or quality assurance

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Social Work, or related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years in a clinical healthcare setting
  • 2+ years in Healthcare Quality Management beyond minimum
  • Same education and certification as above

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in general PC use and documentation systems

Responsibilities
  • Analyze data to identify trends in quality-of-care concerns, incidents, and complaints
  • Lead day-to-day management of clinical incidents and service recovery
  • Facilitate Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement (QAPI) Committee activities
  • Conduct root cause analysis and lead performance improvement plans and initiatives
  • Maintain quality documentation, including Desk Level Procedures (DLPs) and reports
  • Monitor and ensure sustainability of performance improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Compliance Officer on regulatory compliance
  • Participate in evaluating program effectiveness from both internal and provider perspectives
  • Work closely with executive leadership to support strategic quality goals
  • May require early morning, evening, or weekend hours as needed
  • Must work at least 40 hours per week , with flexibility to meet business demands
  • Perform other duties as assigned
