WORK SCHEDULE:

100% FTE. Full time, day shift hours, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Hybrid 60/40 Northern Illinois Campus. You will work at UW Health Swedish American hospital campus in Rockford, IL.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant healthcare-related field or Quality Management. Required
