Pay & Schedule Competitive starting wages based on experience and qualifications Full-time, Monday–Friday What You’ll Do Welcome patients and visitors with exceptional customer service Check patients in and out for appointments Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments Collect and update patient demographics, insurance, and registration information Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary documentation Answer and direct incoming phone calls Support providers and clinical staff with administrative tasks Perform other clerical duties to support efficient clinic operations Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one (1) year of medical reception, front office, or customer service experience Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications One (1) year of experience in a healthcare or medical specialty setting One (1) year of Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience Experience preparing patient charts for medical visits Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW) electronic medical records Completion of a certified Medical Office, Medical Assistant, or CNA training program Bilingual (Spanish) Make a difference in your community—apply today!
