Possesses a strong grasp of the clinical workflow in the full range of inpatient settings (including accident and emergency, maternity, and operating theatres) and outpatient settings.
Proven clinical stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and strong influencing skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet demands.
Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; multi-lingual as required depending on location
Demonstrable experience of involvement in Clinical Governance activities
Implementation of successful clinical risk management activities.
EMR/ HIS Experience as a user of health information technology and/or implementation experience preferred.
Experience in developing and delivering training materials and/ or coaching desirable.
