REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of clinical research experience
• Strong regulatory knowledge & adherence to ethical guidelines
• Experience with EDC systems (Medidata, VeevaVault, MedRio)

• Prepare, submit, and track regulatory documents, continuations, and amendments
• Maintain accurate research files and ensure compliance with protocols and GCP
• Generate reports and respond to data requests
• Collaborate with investigators and research staff to keep submissions up-to-date
• Support audits and identify process improvements
• Protect patient confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines
