Overview:
Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Clinical Research Coordinator I assists principal investigators and or pediatric psychologist and physician scientists in the development and implementation of clinical research focusing on the immediate and long term evaluation of integrative medicine practices on health outcomes of children with chronic/critical illness and their families. Will also collaborate with other study team members with research studies and assists with subject recruitment, data collection, scheduling of study-related activities and follow-up with enrolled subjects.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 1+ year experience in clinical trial coordination or computerized databases, such as SPSS, Qualtrics, Microsoft Suite (power point, excel, word, etc).
Education/Licensure/Certifications: High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in related scientific field preferred. Certified clinical research associate/coordinator preferred.

Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
