Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team at the Digestive and Liver Center of Florida. The ideal candidate will have clinical research experience and be fluent in Spanish, enabling effective communication with our diverse patient population. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials and studies while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, nursing).
• Previous experience in clinical research is required.
• Proficiency in Spanish is essential for effective communication with patients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Coordinate and manage clinical research studies from initiation to completion.
• Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants, ensuring informed consent is obtained.
• Collect and maintain accurate data, ensuring compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and other stakeholders to facilitate study operations.
• Monitor patient progress and ensure safety throughout the study.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation to regulatory bodies.
• Assist in the development of study protocols and case report forms.
