ABOUT THE ROLE
Within the Division of Digestive Diseases there is considerable expertise in alcohol-related liver disease (ALD), steatotic liver disease and the gut microbiome. There is an on-going research programme in ALD and faecal microbial transplantation (FMT) funded by the NIHR-Imperial BRC and by a grant from NIHR-EME. We are looking for a clinical research fellow to join this research programme.
WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING
The Hepatology Clinical Research Facility (CRF) for clinical research and investigation is based on the 10th Floor of the Queen Elizabeth Queen Mother Wing at St Mary’s Campus and provides a state of the art, designated area for hepatology academics and hepatology clinicians to perform clinical research projects involving both patients with liver conditions and healthy volunteers.

The post is available from 1 September 2025 and will be based at the St Mary’s Campus of Imperial College London and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. It is full-time for 12 months in the first instance.
