Description

At Oviva, we’re building a healthier future by providing evidence-based, accessible care for people with weight-related conditions like obesity, type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, and hypertension. Our digital programmes are clinically proven and delivered in collaboration with national healthcare systems across Europe.
We’re already the largest digital health provider treating diet-related diseases in Europe, with over 1 million patients supported—and we’re just getting started. As we expand our reach across the UK, Switzerland, Germany, and now Poland, we’re investing in our science team to fuel the next wave of innovation.

We are looking for a Clinical Research Manager & Analyst to lead the exploration of new clinical indications for Oviva’s digital therapeutics.

  • MSc or PhD in medicine, physiology, nutrition sciences, or similar.
  • 3+ years of research experience in clinical, medical, or academic settings.
  • Proficiency in R and strong grounding in inferential statistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex evidence into actionable strategies.
  • Clear, confident communicator who thrives in interdisciplinary teams.

As part of the Medical and Evidence team, you’ll lead the early scoping and validation of new medical conditions for our evidence-based digital interventions. Your work will directly influence which therapeutic areas we expand into, and how we design solutions that are clinically sound, patient-centred, and commercially viable.

Responsibilities
  • Lead early-stage condition scoping: assess treatment needs, gaps, and reimbursement landscapes.
  • Coordinate insights from internal experts, GPs, product, and commercial teams.
  • Deliver structured research outputs and project manage cross-functional alignment.
  • Conduct data validation and analysis using R and inferential statistical methods.
  • Draft and publish peer-reviewed scientific publications.
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in revolutionising healthcare
  • Exciting and rewarding role in the high-growth environment
  • Training and development opportunities, with a personal learning allowance
  • Flexible & hybrid working - work in a way that suits you
  • Home working allowance to set up your workspace
