CLINICAL RESEARCH MANAGER:

On behalf of our Healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Clinical Research Manager for a 11-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Chapel Hill office.

CLINICAL RESEARCH MANAGER - JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Client’s Trauma Recovery seeks a Clinical Research Manager to support their mission of advancing research into neuropsychiatric outcomes following trauma and developing interventions to improve lives. In this role, you’ll work closely with Institute leadership to plan, organize, execute, and monitor new and ongoing clinical trials and research initiatives.

CLINICAL RESEARCH MANAGER - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience
  • Minimum 6 years of education after high school
  • Experience supervising junior staff or project teams
  • Strong knowledge of IRB/regulatory processes
  • Ability to manage study operations independently
  • Proficiency with budgeting and grant activities
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

CLINICAL RESEARCH MANAGER – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Accessible and teamwork-oriented approach
Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize clinical trials and research initiatives
  • Execute and monitor research projects from start-up through close-out
