Supports hospital leadership and clinical teams by analyzing targeted data to enhance the utilization of existing resources and drive optimal efficiency. Assists with oversight of clinical research operations at Greenwich Hospital ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and integrity of study data.

Responsibilities:


    1. Develop, manage, and implement strategic projects to optimize support clinical optimization and financial stewardship.


      1. Partner with senior leadership at Greenwich Hospital to support achievement of organizational goals pertaining to patient safety and quality, staff and patient engagement, clinical research, operational efficiency, financial performance and service line growth.


        1. Strategic Data Analysis: collect, interpret, and synthesize data to support strategic projects and to improve performance.


          1. Assess workflows and metrics; identify improvement opportunities to refine and strengthen outcome measures.


            1. Participate and/or lead cross-functional team meetings and collaborate with healthcare leaders to advance operational effectiveness.


              1. Evaluate and make recommendations to implement best practices to improve patient throughput, reduce delays, and enhance resource utilization.


                1. Promote and maintain compliance with all applicable policies and procedures, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements.

                Qualifications:

                EDUCATION

                Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field, finance or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.

                EXPERIENCE

                5 -7 years of professional experience in customer or patient focused service industries with a proven track record of enhancing customer experience required. 3-5 years of management experience within a clinical healthcare setting with direct involvement in patient satisfaction initiatives.

                SPECIAL SKILLS

                Experience in data analysis and effective presentation skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to observe workflows and provide optimized solutions to enhance workflow where needed.
