We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Patient Recruiter who is passionate about cutting-edge innovative therapies to join our research team in Georgia! The Clinical Research Recruiter is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and enrolling participants for clinical trials and research studies. They collaborate with the clinical research team to ensure the timely recruitment of eligible participants while adhering to ethical and regulatory guidelines.

Reports to: Research Manager
Location: Psych Atlanta, Marietta Clinic -1012 Coggins Pl, Marietta, GA 30060
Compensation: $24.00-$30.00 (Full-Time/Hourly)

Responsibilities
  • Utilizes recruitment databases and referral services to identify, recruit, and qualify patients.
  • Conducts phone prescreens and schedules eligible patients efficiently.
  • Maintains a current understanding of enrolling protocols, criteria, and enrollment targets.
  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of active study protocols and their interrelationships.
  • Acquires and applies job-specific information, including medications, media sources, study procedures, industry terminology, etc.
  • Identifies potential barriers to recruitment and promptly reports issues to CRC and CRM.
  • Manages Psych Atlanta Research’s social media platforms and research website.
  • Conducts community engagement and collaborates with healthcare providers.
  • Oversees the Psych Atlanta Research patient database.
  • Completes all required training sessions in accordance with regulations and sponsor requirements.
