As Clinical Resource Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving market share growth by delivering best-in-class clinical education to healthcare professionals across the Netherlands and Belgium. Leveraging your ostomy or clinical research background, you will ensure our product and protocol knowledge is translated into effective, evidence-based care through tailored education initiatives.

Clinical Education & Training

  • Deliver structured, high-impact product and protocol training for nurses, stoma therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and localize educational content, training materials, and clinical guidelines.Support onboarding and continuous training for internal teams (sales, customer service

Market Growth Through Education

  • Actively identify education opportunities that influence product choice and drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to support tenders, trials, and post-launch training plans.
  • Provide clinical evidence and insight to reinforce product value during customer engagements
Responsibilities

This is a 12 months fixed term role.

Clinical Education & Training

  • Deliver structured, high-impact product and protocol training for nurses, stoma therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Events & Symposiums

  • Lead the planning and delivery of clinical events including workshops, symposiums, roundtables, and webinars.
  • Represent the company at relevant national and international congresses.
  • Partner with marketing to co-develop campaigns, materials, and event strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement & Thought Leadership

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions and key clinical stakeholders.
  • Identify, develop, and manage KOLs and clinical champions.
  • Stay updated on clinical guidelines, health economics, and regulatory trends in ostomy care.

Clinical Insights & Feedback

  • Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and clinical messaging.
  • Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

The role is primarily field based (60—70%) and on occasion overnight stays, i.e. sales conferences, national or international congresses, team meetings.
