Your Role as a Clinical Manager, RN: * Supervise home health services to ensure patients receive high-quality care as prescribed by physicians. * Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare, Federal, Insurance, and Company guidelines. * Follow and enforce Agency policies and procedures to set a strong example for the team. * Maintain compliance with accepted professional standards, principles, and Standard Operating Procedures. * Stay up to date on all relevant guidelines, policies, and protocols to support quality care. Qualifications: * An unencumbered Florida Nursing License (required). * Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required). * Willingness to travel as needed to support patient care and team operations. * Two years of experience as an RN in acute care, med/surge, ICU, or ER settings (required). * One year of experience in skilled, geriatric home health care with proficiency in Medicare OASIS documentation (required).
