The Clinical Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales, clinical application, and business development activities for radiology solutions. The role serves as the clinical liaison between customers, healthcare professionals, sales teams, service teams, and equipment manufacturers to ensure the successful promotion, demonstration, implementation, and utilization of medical imaging technologies. The incumbent will combine clinical knowledge with commercial acumen to identify customer needs, develop solutions, support sales opportunities, and contribute to the growth of the radiology business portfolio. Manage lead qualification and sales support activities by routing inbound inquiries, prospecting opportunities, and customer communications to the appropriate business line personnel while supporting customer outreach and scheduled cold-calling initiatives. Coordinate supplier and commercial documentation by liaising with vendors to obtain required technical, commercial, and regulatory information, and assisting with the preparation of costings and supporting sales documentation. Prepare and process customer quotations by developing quotations for management review, incorporating approved pricing and commercial terms, and submitting finalized quotations to customers in a timely and professional manner. Support tender management activities by identifying tender opportunities, coordinating supplier registrations, preparing bid documentation, and assisting with tender submissions and opening reports. Manage tender-related communications and administration by preparing correspondence, following up with tender boards and committees, and performing general clerical and document control functions. Coordinate customer follow-up and support activities to ensure timely responses, resolution of clinical concerns, and effective stakeholder engagement. Maintain accurate customer records and sales opportunities within CRM systems. Prepare activity reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence reports. Support the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities. Assist in preparing quotations, tender responses, technical specifications, and proposals. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in public and private healthcare institutions. · Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Department to facilitate the achievement of business objectives and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. · Maintain customer relationships and deliver exceptional service by supporting internal teams and responding to customer needs in a professional and timely manner. · Coordinate sales activities and executive schedules including meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, attendance confirmations, and communication of management directives. ​ · Manage sales documentation and reporting by maintaining filing systems, updating sales databases, recording meeting minutes, and preparing sales performance analyses. · Organize and support internal and external meetings through document preparation, distribution, conference room coordination, and general clerical and administrative assistance. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in one of the following: Diagnostic Radiography Medical Imaging Sciences Radiation Therapy (Oncology) Health Sciences or a related clinical discipline Sales or Business Development Training. Healthcare Technology Management Certification. Experience Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in a radiology, medical imaging, or oncology environment. Previous exposure to medical equipment sales, applications, or customer support would be an asset. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills (Written & Oral) Valid driver’s license and vehicle Reporting and analytical skills
