Clinical Sales Lead Liderar la estrategia clínica y de educación, siendo el referente con stakeholders de hospitales y alineando con ventas la generación de demanda. What You Will Do Punto de contacto para educación clínica y modelos de aprendizaje mixtos, seleccionando la oferta más adecuada para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente. Apoyar a los profesionales de ventas durante y después de su proceso comercial mediante programas educativos dirigidos a clínicos, enfermeras y médicos, alineados con los planes de cuenta y acuerdos con clientes. Realizar presentaciones, capacitaciones y programas educativos de manera dinámica en distintos entornos, tanto para grupos pequeños como grandes y con diferentes niveles de conocimiento clínico, utilizando plataformas virtuales y presenciales sobre el uso y los beneficios de los productos de Essity. Impulsar el portafolio educativo de Essity, generar demanda e identificar oportunidades de venta incremental (up-selling) y venta cruzada (cross-selling) con clientes grandes a nivel regional o nacional. Tener presencia en campo para construir relaciones, generar networking y detectar nuevos insights y oportunidades. Contar con amplio conocimiento del portafolio de productos y de los resultados en pacientes. Co-crear soluciones con los clientes, entendiendo el impacto de los productos en los pacientes y enfocándose en ofrecer el producto adecuado para el paciente correcto. Asistir a clientes regionales o nacionales con consultas y soporte técnico sobre el uso de los productos. Who You Are Es necesario contar con 5 a 7 años de experiencia en la industria de la salud, idealmente con trayectoria clínica o como especialista de producto. Experiencia manejando equipos clínicos y de educación médica. Perfil híbrido clínico-comercial. Disponibilidad de viaje dentro del territorio nacional.
