POSITION OVERVIEW

The Clinical Sales Representative plays a key role in expanding the utilization of our system across healthcare facilities. You’ll be responsible for launching new clinical programs, training providers, supporting current users, and driving system adoption throughout your territory. You’ll also work closely with the Director of Sales to develop strategic plans that support long-term customer success and territory growth.
This role offers significant visibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact in the field.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales
  • Experience in the operating room (OR) or with surgical products is a plus
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and driving territory growth
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time
Responsibilities
  • Lead the launch of new clinical programs, providing hands-on training and support
  • Drive increased usage of installed systems by developing strong customer relationships
  • Serve as a clinical resource and trusted advisor to providers and staff
  • Identify and develop new users and opportunities within the territory
  • Execute against quarterly plans and growth targets in collaboration with the Director of Sales
  • Support marketing and education events to expand product awareness and clinical adoption
  • Gather and share field insights to help inform product development and training improvements
  • Manage logistics, documentation, and scheduling to ensure smooth execution of training and sales activities
