Description Clinical Sales Specialist (Inside Sales – In Office) Tustin, CA | Sales | Full-Time (On-Site, 5 Days/Week) Territory: Tennessee, Georgia & Midwest Regional Territory About the Role Celluma Light Therapy (BioPhotas, Inc.) is seeking a driven, consultative Clinical Sales Specialist to join our in-office inside sales team in Tustin, CA. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys educating licensed professionals, and has a passion for evidence-based aesthetic and medical technology. You will manage a defined U.S. territory, working both inbound leads and strategic outbound follow-up, selling Celluma’s FDA-cleared light therapy devices to aestheticians, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, chiropractors, acupuncturists, wellness centers, and informed retail buyers seeking clinical guidance. This is not a call-center role. It is a consultative, relationship-driven inside sales position focused on higher-ticket clinical devices and long-term account growth. Responsibilities include proactive outreach beyond traditional cold calling, with an emphasis on relationship-building and identifying opportunities in emerging markets. Requirements What We’re Looking For 1–3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in medical devices, aesthetics, skincare, or wellness Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience selling higher-ticket products in a consultative sales environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Confidence engaging with licensed medical and aesthetic professionals Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a structured sales pipeline Basic understanding of bio-science, anatomy, or clinical concepts Preferred (Not Required): Experience working inside a spa, med spa, or medical practice Background as a licensed esthetician or skincare professional CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission Realistic first year on-target earnings aligned with performance Comprehensive benefits package (health, PTO, holidays, etc.) Stable, in-office schedule with a supportive sales team environment Work Location & Schedule On-site position: Tustin, CA Monday–Friday, full-time Candidates must be able to work in-office 5 days per week
