Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working closely with the Business Unit Manager for Oticon Medical ANZ, and the marketing, sales and clinical team, in this rewarding role you will be providing hearing care professionals with audiological and surgical support for our bone-anchored implantable hearing solutions.
This is a rare opportunity for you to offer choice and distinctively different technologies to the Australian market. Working as part of a small team, you will have a high level of involvement in the business. This brings a unique opportunity to review the model of service currently offered and make real changes in the market.
This position will involve travel across Australia, as well as occasional international travel. Work outside of office hours will be required from time to time, and in return, we offer the opportunity for flexible working hours.

KEY FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Providing expert audiological and surgical support to key account customers
  • Participating in industry conferences (fully subsidised)
  • Planning and delivering training presentations for conferences, workshops and webinars
  • Working with customers to grow and develop their businesses
