THE ROLE

Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Scheduler, where you’ll play a vital role in coordinating care for Home Care clients. Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for triaging clinical referrals and efficiently scheduling Clinical & Allied Health staff/contractors to provide essential services. With a strong focus on customer service, you’ll be the crucial link between clients, Client Service Managers, and CHSP Service Coordinators—ensuring seamless communication and positive client outcomes.
