Clinical Scientist (Radiotherapy Physics) Band 7
The Radiotherapy Physics team consists of 13 staff and is a multi-disciplinary team including Clinical Scientists and Clinical Technologists. The department provides scientific support within radiotherapy at both the main site in Cheltenham and at the satellite centre in Hereford.
The job will support the Radiotherapy service as well as being involved in aspects of clinical computing in Medical Physics and Radiotherapy
Additional contract details: To cover training secondment
The proposed interview date is 21st March
To provide Radiotherapy Physics services to the Gloucestershire Oncology Centre so that patients’ Radiotherapy can be delivered safely, accurately and efficiently using modern techniques and equipment.
To provide scientific advice to other staff groups
To provide clinical computing support to Medical Physics within Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
