EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum GCE “O” / “N” Levels
• 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience in healthcare or relevant sectors
• Preferably with experience in ILTC setting (e.g. centre-based care)

SKILLS

• Possess good customer service skills and strong passion to serve the patients
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Has administrative background – versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good team player
• Hardworking and takes initiative
• Willing to learn on the job and open to learn the systems
• Able to multi-task
• Able to handle sensitive documents for the department spelling
• Comfortable to deal with money
