IIME is a global leader in providing expert medical opinions on medico-legal and insurance matters, affiliated with the renown Altius Group. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Medical Services Manager to join our Victorian-based team in Hawthorn East.
In this full-time, office-based role, you will leverage your clinical expertise and exceptional organisational skills to oversee the day-to-day management of the Medical Law team, ensuring that the right experts are engaged for each case and that high-quality, timely reports are delivered. You will also play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering relationships with stakeholders, including lawyers and medical professionals.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • A law background or health qualification with current registration with a professional body (e.g., Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Paramedicine).
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, independent work style with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
    We’re looking for a driven professional with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, ideally with experience in healthcare, legal or insurance sectors.
