The Role Our Clinical Services Managers lead and develop clinical and care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to older Victorians in our residential homes. We are looking for an experienced Clinical Services Manager to join our Residential Services team at St George’s [https://www.benetas.com.au/residential-aged-care/st-georges], located in Altona Meadows VIC 3028, home to 124 residents for a 12-month full time opportunity.  About You: * A current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and a NDIS Clearance * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the Aged Care Sector * A positive and influential leadership style, with ability to provide proactive support and development to others * Well-developed clinical governance and risk management knowledge * The ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect, and a collaborative approach to working with staff and stakeholders Why Benetas? * $130,000 per annum + superannuation under our current Enterprise Agreement * Not-for-profit salary packaging up to $18,550 per year – offering you more take-home pay with less tax! * Full-time position, working Monday–Friday on a 12-month contract * Close to public transport with parking on site * A strong learning culture with paid training hours and our own Scholarship Program * Proudly being part of a business that values Respect, Responsibility, Community, and Spirit * A proven history of internal career progression and opportunities for you to move within Benetas so your story with us continues.
