We are now seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Service Manager to lead our dedicated care teams in delivering exceptional, person-centred care.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with the General Manager to oversee clinical operations
  • Lead, mentor and develop care teams
  • Manage clinical education and staff competency
  • Support staff in quality assessments, care planning and reviews
  • Foster a positive, collaborative and inclusive culture
  • Provide compassionate support to residents, families, and staff

What Matters to Us

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in a clinical leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Current AHPRA registration (Division 1)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes police check)
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses) and 2025 Influenza vaccination
  • Proof of Australian work rights

Hours of Work

  • Monday to Friday
  • 0700h – 1500h (or as operationally required)
