This post is to provide support across our Clinical Services Transformation programme which includes several clinical programmes of work including:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced transformation lead as the Scottish Ambulance Service continues to transform the delivery of clinical care within the pre-hospital setting across NHS Scotland. The post holder will provide change management guidance and expertise to clinical and operational teams, ensuring that all programme activities follow appropriate governance routes, developing plans, identifying outputs and ensuring best value.
Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job includes:
Masters degree or equivalent demonstrable knowledge and experience in a relevant discipline.
A qualification in programme management or improvement leadership or demonstrable experience in this area and a track record of delivering strategic change programmes of work across a significant range of services.
Ability to demonstrate and communicate a practical and theoretical understanding of programme management and quality improvement tools and techniques.
Experience of working with Scottish Government, Health Boards, health and social care partners and third sector.
Ability and demonstrable experience in the drafting and presentation of papers, reports and related correspondence for the NHS Board, associated Governance groups, Directors and senior managers.
A pragmatic and flexible approach to problem solving.
