The Clinical Site Director provides on-site leadership, clinical oversight, and program coordination to ensure compliance, growth, and operational excellence within their assigned location. Licensure Requirement: Candidates must hold an active license in the District of Columbia as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Psychologist, or equivalent in good standing. Responsibilities: Site Leadership: Provide comprehensive oversight and direction for the assigned clinical site, ensuring alignment with the agency’s mission, objectives, and DBH regulations. Set site-specific goals, monitor performance, and implement strategies for continuous improvement and expansion. Clinical Oversight: Serve as the designated MHRS Site Director for the facility, representing the agency during DBH and stakeholder site visits. Collaborate with the QI team to facilitate smooth audits, lead the implementation of Corrective Action Plans, and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices. Clinical Supervision & Training: Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Program Development & Evaluation: Regularly assess program effectiveness and recommend enhancements to meet evolving client needs, with a focus on mental illness populations. Assist in program evaluation and quality assurance initiatives, ensuring compliance with legal and professional requirements. Stakeholder Engagement: Represent MBI Health Services, LLC in community, corporate, and donor settings. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including DBH, community partners, and funding sources. Contract Compliance & Administration: Collaborate with the management team to ensure contract compliance for the site and staff. Participate in budget management, quality assurance processes, and personnel administration. Inter-Program Collaboration: Foster effective communication and coordination between all MBI Health Services, LLC programs. Contribute to strategic planning efforts, ensuring alignment with the broader organizational vision. Policy Adherence: Uphold and promote adherence to all MBI Health Services, LLC policies and procedures. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related duties, as assigned by the CEO or senior management. Qualifications Master’s Degree in behavioral science. Licensure required; LICSW, Licensed Psychologist, or equivalent. 5-7 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD). 3-5 years of experience in budget management, quality/process assurance, and personnel administration. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer software for report development, analysis, and distribution. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services.
