ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join us in this critical role as the Clinical Skills Coordinator to support the Transition to Professional Practice (TPP) program. As the Clinical Skills Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, planning and facilitating clinical and professional education
  • Provide clinical supervision and professional support to students, nurses, and other health professionals
  • Mentor and role model best practice, clinical leadership, and a positive learning culture
  • Support district-wide education and clinical policy development from a local perspective
