The directorate of Allied & Public Health are seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and forward-thinking registered prosthetist and orthotist to work as a Clinical Skills Teacher within the Prosthetics & Orthotics team. They will provide clinical skills training, supervision and assessment of practical skills, as well as academic and pastoral support to our students.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver a range of teaching materials and modules, as well as marking and assessing work
• Work with the students in practical sessions to help them gain the direct skills required for the role
• Work with colleagues from across our School to share best practice knowledge and find opportunities to collaborate, where appropriate, to enhance the student experiencePromote equality and diversity for students and staff and sustain an inclusive and supportive study and work environment in accordance with university policy
