Provide counseling and support for crisis management, long-term planning, and decision-making. Deliver psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families as per your licensure. Develop individualized intervention and discharge plans in collaboration with the treating team. Assess risks (e.g., suicide, abuse, neglect) and initiate safety planning and referrals to appropriate authorities when required. Collaborate with the treating team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to develop comprehensive care plans. Ensure all interventions are accurately and timely documented within the electronic medical record. . Experience:   Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Education: BSc in Social Work AND Master's in Social Work. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or mental health setting, or two (2) years of experience post qualification in a related field. Licensure: Must hold a valid Community Development Authority (CDA) license as a Social Worker. Language: Proficiency in English is required, with Arabic proficiency preferred. Candidates must have with strong skills in psychosocial assessment, counseling, and psychotherapy , along with expertise in crisis management, risk assessment, and safeguarding. You must also demonstrate excellent communication, empathy, and advocacy skills. Must be highly ethical and professional ready to contribute to a culture of Person-Centered care.    OTHERS: Quality Improvement (Safety, Risk Management): Participates in continuous quality improvement projects, and Departmental projects. Demonstrate a safe working environment through compliance with Hospital Policy and Procedure regarding safety & infection control.
